Free Hotel Break Voucher Offer – Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to the Free Hotel Break offer ("Promotion") provided by JAECOO UK to eligible customers.
Offer Details:
Eligible customers can claim a Free Hotel Break with the purchase of a JAECOO vehicle, subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility: To qualify for the offer, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the "Eligibility Criteria"):

  • Be a resident of the UK.
  • Retail customers only – excludes business users, leasing, and Motability customers and OMODA & JAECOO UK Ltd employees, it’s agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
  • Purchase a New JAECOO vehicle from a participating JAECOO retailer (To find a participating JAECOO retailers, click the link here and enter your postal code to view the three nearest participating dealers).
  • Purchase a New JAECOO vehicle between 20th February 2025 and the 23rd February 2025 and register and take delivery by 31st March 2025. Upon collection/delivery of your JAECOO you will be provided with instructions on how to apply for your hotel voucher.
  • Be the registered keeper of the vehicle.
  • Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle.
  • The hotel stay voucher can only be claimed after the vehicle has been delivered and registered in the customer’s name and no later than 15.04.25.

Hotel Stay Voucher Redemption:

  • Visit jaecooreward.co.uk and complete the online application by 15th April 2025. Information required:

  • Upon successful verification you will be sent a Free Hotel Break Voucher to the email address provided, within 7 working days. The Free Hotel Break Voucher will contain a unique voucher code together with instructions on how to book your hotel stay via our hotel reward provider countryhotelbreaks.com.
  • The free hotel stay voucher entitles the bearer to either a two-night stay for 2 adults, in a qualifying room on a bed and breakfast basis, including dinner on one night (main course) or it entitles them to a two-night stay for 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or under in a qualifying room on a bed and breakfast basis only, at participating hotels.
  • The free hotel break voucher will be valid for booking to be made by 28.02.26 and taken by 31.03.26. Bookings for this offer must be made via countryhotelbreaks.com, they cannot be made directly with participating hotels.
  • The free hotel break voucher may not be valid for bookings for stays over public or bank holiday weekends/periods. Hotel bookings are subject to promotional availability, in the event you are unable to find a suitable option online the countryhotelbreaks.com reservations team can contact you directly to assist.
  • Alternative hotel stay packages can be offered by countryhotelbreaks.com and supplements might apply at some participating hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
  • Upon confirmation of a hotel booking customers will receive a booking confirmation from countryhotelbreaks.com to the email address provided.
  • Booking cancellations must be made within 7 days of a scheduled arrival date or you will forfeit your free hotel stay voucher. No cash refunds apply.

Additional Information:

  • Only one free hotel break voucher will be issued per vehicle purchase.
  • The free hotel break voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and has no monetary value.
  • This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • JAECOO UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • If you cancel or withdraw from the purchase of your JAECOO vehicle you will forfeit the free hotel stay voucher. If the hotel stay voucher has already been issued, the voucher code will be cancelled.
  • JAECOO UK reserves the right to exclude any customer from the Promotion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
  • You must provide a copy of the booking confirmation to the hotel reception upon arrival. Please ensure you have this with you to avoid disappointment. You may also be asked for proof of identification upon arrival.
  • JAECOO UK and anyone professionally related to this Offer are not responsible for the management of the hotels and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to management of the hotels.
  • By submitting your hotel stay voucher claim form, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, JAECOO UK reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the Free Hotel Stay with an offer of equal or greater value.
  • JAECOO UK is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that prevent you from receiving or redeeming the free hotel stay voucher.

  • By participating in this promotion the details you provide on the online claim form at jaecooreward.co.uk  will be processed by intermediaries, Grace & Courage Ltd and OPL Leisure Group Limited (trading as Countryhotelbreaks), to issue the hotel stay voucher and process your hotel break booking.
